It is difficult to find a place were our loved one can get excellent and compassionate care and have peace of mind, knowing they are well taken care of! Here, residents are treated with respect and empathy. The staff is well trained and directed, they are exceptional! I just wanted to express my thanks to all of them!

It is a horrible place my brother was there and they told me to call funeral home that be was dying. I got him out of there and he went back to hospital. He is now at Windsor house and they r wonderful. He is up talking and eating .Salem west was correct he was dying because they left him there to die. He was not eating not drinking . When I asked for his medical records they miraculously got him up and had him sipping water. It’s a nightmare there. They refuse to talk to you. Needs investigated

I’m currently worried for my father who is here now on a short stay recovering ftom the hospital. He should of been home yesterday. No communication with me. The nurse Becky is so mean to my dad who is only 55 and has no mental issues. Told him he can’t leave and she made me cry his first day there after he went 24 hours without any care. I currently am afraid for his roommates life. He screams help me water all night. I wish I could get ahold of his family. They only change and clean him when he had hospital visits. This women I truly feel is abusing patients. This place needs investigating lives are at risk! My dad just called his swollen huge fluid filled legs just split open and they refused him to go to the hospital 5 mins away! This is a joke. Now I have to go get him in the morning when they have a shift change. Definitely neglect definition to the tee. Hes having anxiety like no other and they said they can’t do anything till the dr. Is in tomorrow
