School staffing agency is the worst agency you work for sign out to a job and pay you only 60% of the value of the rate on a job and they will stay with 40% not only that they will hold the week of your pay and pay you the following week And my case I got fired because I took a 15 minute break that wasn’t even a 15 minute break and I was not even told what was the dues and don’ts immediately after that I was told by the crew that I was working with that, I was not needed no more without no warning and the agency called me leaving the property of the job site telling me that the owner did not want me there because I decided to take a 15 minute break at 10 o’clock and only expect me to have only a half hour lunch for the whole eight hours working for them and not even make an effort on paying me the two days that they owe me in the moment that I was told I was not needed no more not only that when I try to explain to the office what was my part on what happened they did not want to hear it their agent had their audacity to tell me that it doesn’t matter and that I needed to listen to what she had to say and to be quiet mind you the individual cannot be no more than 25 years old and I’m a 61 year old man and trying to treat me like if I was a child they do not want to hear any type of your part of what happened and not make an effort of paying me the two days they owed me that I was laid off and want me to wait a whole week to get paid for two days. I would not recommend anyone working with this agency. The pay rate was $34 an hour. They would take $14 for themselves and pay me only $20 an hour for my hard days work they would not give anyone the time to explain what had happened and that I was not informed of the brakes that the job site was offering to give their excuse. Was that the owner of the property saw me eating some fruits, and 15 minute was not even taken on myself and went straight to work mind you the rest of the crew would do a little bit of work come down from the scissor lift smoke cigarettes in a group drink water while I was left alone working on sanding a wood ceiling on the job site by myself, I do not recommend anyone to work for this agency no matter what incidences happened if you worked two days within the week, they will make you wait until the following week to get paid for two days. Tell me if that’s not crazy. I was courteous enough to give them one star,they Do not disturb the one star that I gave them also be aware that the lady by the name of Michelle is very disrespectful and unprofessional, morals and scruples and integrity and professionalism is very very poor. Be aware be very aware. they will also shorten you on our when they are terminating you off of a job site just forgetting a bottle of water or eating some grapes. I was told especially today on the second review that I will not be getting paid the extra three hours they owe me I worked from 730 Monday morning until 3 o’clock and Tuesday I work from 730 until 12 do the math, and they like to yell at people too this company should be taken down not wild and it seems like all the complaints are coming from all minorities. There’s a lot of shenanigans going with that company. I’m making people working and not paying them their money they need to be investigated.

I cannot recommend this agency. Their communication is inadequate, and they demonstrate unprofessionalism by contacting your clients without prior notice. If you’re seeking a dependable and professional agency, I suggest exploring other options.
