When you first load up or update your CV on a job website (usually when you realise that you need a job or to change one) you are inundated with completely inappropriate job offers from lazy recruiters who haven’t even bothered to read the CV you’ve just updated!! Helen wasn’t like that at all; Helen contacted me via email and just asked me a series of questions (What are my Salary expectations?What’s my Notice period? What are my reasons for looking for a move? Locations happy to travel to? What would be my perfect next role? Have I had any recent interviews? Etc, etc) – Helen basically wanted to get to know me first before attempting to line me up with anything. Once that was done, Helen very quickly lined me up with a vacancy which was right up my street – I am assuming this is because companies have seen that she does a thorough job and are willing to trust her with finding them the correct and most suitable candidates for the role. The process didn’t end there either: Helen continued to work with me throughout the whole process, give me excellent advice and information to help me in interviews and such – this was both in and out of her office hours (she was even texting me while on holiday!!). Needless to say, I got the job! I am definitely not one for writing reviews but in Helen’s case I am more than willing to make an exception – you’re worth it, Helen.
