This place doesn’t do what they advertise. Who are these people anyway and who pays them to do absolutely nothing. Thank you 6 rivers for telling me you were going to help and then never showed up and lied and said that they couldn’t get ahold of my landlord. Michael Reid advertises tenant /landlord resolution. After he said he was going to do interviews due to serious allegations from another tenant, but didn’t show up until my landlord took me to court. Not sure why he even showed up honestly because he was no use to me. He only showed up to save face so they can still get free money to do nothing. If you have a landlord/tenant issue I would not recommend using the service. It is worthless. Get a licensed attorney is my advise.
