This company had completed a report I needed promptly but never notified me of it despite knowing my email address and being told by my employer to expect an email. I had also tried to access my report regardless just in case, but the website refused to log me in. The username and password were correct (I even changed my password multiple times just in case). However, the website refused to load my report until after I reached out to customer service. The only reason this company gets more than one star is because customer service actually helped me. Please get a background check somewhere else.

The website is barely functional and does not let you delete your account in direct violation of South Carolina’s digital privacy statute. Several links on the website only serve to crash it and sometimes it just decides not to log you in steer clear of this company until they improve their website.

I would like to WARN everyone to avoid dealing with this organization.
I applied for my report back on October 2020 and made the payment. Since then, I waited for my report and followed up with their staff, operation manager and even their CEO. I have not received a single answer to any of my emails after making the payment.
SR&I was communicating timely before making the payment but ignored me totally after they got the money.
I wish that they will see this review and have a sense of responsibility to at least answer my emails or refund the fees.
I would not recommend going with this organization.
