So couple of weeks ago HR from here called Usha contacted me about an opening in a company called Tekion . It was offline and I completed all rounds . The HR both internal to Tekion and this lady called Usha said they are working on numbers . I told them I’m on notice period and I did a mistake so they started playing games if u can negotiate the notice period only then we will release offer letter and they never released . I told them I have another offer letter and then she next day comes and tells u r on hold . How did I go from getting an offer letter after telling we were working on it to u r on hold and now telling not moving ahead with your profile . Never trust these folks . Waste of time and energy and mental peace

They just call you for interview thrice and then waste your time. Don’t have work ethics that candidate is working somewhere else too. Lots of doubts . Don’t screen your CV properly and when you go for interview ask irrelevant questions.very bad in following up. How can a consultancy firm so careless and irresponsible with a candidates who came for interview atleast thrice.
I didn’t receive any offer from you guys. You guys were calling me time and again for the meeting with different people for the interview . Better to say no clearly in a one go. It’s good for everyone. I am happy not to be a part of your company. As I am working with one of the best brand. But I am really surprised to see your comment below. Please don’t put fake explanations. This is unethical.

Very unprofessional bunch of people. Good at wasting people’s time. They’ll ask us to mind the tone even if we’re professional, but one can’t expect a professional tone from them. They promote their company by using ISB brand. Don’t fall for it. Now, the concerned team will mention something like below.
“We have never done any business or even interacted with you and you reviewing us poorly is very disappointing”
