We have been working with Silicon Matrix for an year now and they are good professionals who are completely aware of our business value and time. The requirements we sent to them were closed with ease. The reason we could hire people with ease is because they do quality pre-screening process before they submit profiles to us. The hit ratio of profiles being closed and offers released to the consultants of Silicon Matrix is comparetively higher than the profiles approved from other vendors we worked with.
