I had a great experience working with SI Staffing. I was looking for an employee for my plant in Baltimore MD. From the initial consultation to actual placement of the sourced employee, the team was professional, responsive, and really took the time to understand my needs.
They provided excellent support throughout the process and kept me updated on the progress of filling my role. The staff was friendly, approachable, and always willing to answer my questions.
I tried multiple staffing agencies in the area, and SI Staffing was the only company to come through. I would highly recommend them to fulfil your staffing needs.

The first two appointments were canceled just minutes before arriving to complete the hiring process. When an appointment was probably completed a notice an office space full of empty desk only one staff member.
I was promised a few options of placement starting immediately but now even after a week and a half I’ve had no response from the agency. I fear this may have been more of a data collection opportunity for the agency versus a staffing and employment opportunity for myself.
