Beautiful new showroom! Miele makes choosing appliances easy because of the way they present each appliance based on form and function, without overwhelming the consumer with endless options. Our sales associate, Linda was very knowledgeable and went through the pros and cons of each model based on what we were looking for. We even got to test out an induction stovetop. Highly recommend checking this place out!

These products may look nice but don’t get fooled!! Purchased Gas Range model HR1134G and after seven years, the inner glass of the oven door exploded during the self clean function. Miele refuses to stand behind their product and take accountability as this is a manufacturer defect and Only offer to fix at the consumers expense. Spent many hours, Frustrating phone calls. Tried to get Miele to do the right thing and they won’t.
**UPDATE: as of 7/8/25 NO ONE FROM MIELE HAS CONTACTED ME REGARDING THE MIELE MODEL # HR1134G oven door exploding/shattering during the self clean function. I would like express my disappointment in MIELE not taking accountablility for the manufactoring defect and the imperfections in the materials used in making this 36 inch range.

Had a great experience at Miele! If you haven’t visited the showroom, definitely worth a trip to see the products in action firsthand.
Upon first entering, you’re immediately greeted by a knowledgeable associate with a cup of coffee (or cappuccino or whatever else available at their coffee bar) from their impressive coffeemakers.
I had worked with Diana, who was especially helpful in identifying and sourcing the right vacuum cleaner for our needs with clear demonstration of the product features. Even after experiencing a defect with the our vacuum, she made sure the return and repurchase process was easy. Looking forward to hopefully more Miele purchases in the future.
