Robin’s Nest has a variety of apartment layouts but after living in a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment, I am pleased to say the experience is very enjoyable. For one, without Simone, I don’t think things would run as smoothly without her. She is such a kind and considerate property manager who is always looking out for residents. The space itself is always clean and well maintained and if you submit a maintenance request, you can always count on Simone and her team to get is fixed ASAP. The astounding views that you get from both the rooftop and your apartment are always enjoyable. A variety of birds are always near the site as well. Having a diverse variety of restaurants and coffee shops at walking distance or with public transportation, is always a plus. Robin’s nest has a selective amount of parking, but you wont have an issue finding parking off of Fuhrman or in the surrounding neighborhood. Overall, the experience is great and would recommend it!

I have lived here for less than a year and overall enjoy it. Pros: -The tenants are pretty quiet and polite -The building is kept clean -The rooftop area is cool (although there are some broken things, like some of the railing that obstructs the view) -Close to UW -Management is quick to respond to anything/everything -The neighborhood is pretty cute Cons: -Expensive (utilities are not included and those are also expensive) -Hot in the summers (but that’s most apartments!) -Not much direct sunlight in most units (gets pretty gloomy in the winter) -Parking situation -Not many clean areas around the building to walk a dog – especially when it rains -No (affordable) grocery stores nearby

I have lived at robins nest for the past year and have enjoyed it. The units are new and the rooftop is lovely! I love the location and the view of the water. Some of the appliances are small and fidgety, but that is somewhat expected with smaller units. Although pricing is somewhat steep, for the location and waterfront view it’s worth it. Simone is an excellent building manager and is very helpful.
