John is an amazing individual. I had a mediation in april and he was an asset that complimented me and my legal teams objective to avoid an uncertain court battle.
Because of his inate ability to relate to those seeking redress for their pain, losses and suffering he was the captain navigating a the ship in a tumultuous sea. He took to the helm and first led us to calmer seas. Ultimately, we arrived at the port of “mutual agreement” and signed the compromise settlement.
