We tried using Swift Post for three weeks. As a small business, we were very happy with our delivery partner, however, we thought the “live tracking” that Swift Post offered would be a great “value add” to our customers. It turned out to be a huge mistake using them. Not only was it a frustrating experience trying to track lost/delayed shipments, but cost me time, money and some customers who were just so frustrated.
The live tracking does NOT work, and Swift Post does not take accountability for the delivery partners they use. They just blame them. You will get a standard answer like “we are experiencing delays” or “you should get it within 1-2 days” or “we will get back to you and they don’t”. On a couple of occasions, we shipped 3 or 4 boxes together and only one or two arrived. They will tell you that they cannot guarantee the parcels get delivered on the same day. Unfortunately, our parcels did not get delivered in the same week.
I DO NOT recommend you use Swift Post regardless of the business or product you sell. At this time, they still have too many issues to resolve. On the other hand, for all Beverage partners looking for a reliable delivery company, Phyxiat has been amazing!
