I purchased a Sherborne recliner for my mother 3+ years ago. I contacted both the retailer and Sherborne as it had stopped reclining. I was very impressed with the after customer services and am now waiting for the chair to be picked up and returned to Sherborne to be fixed. Many thanks to Julie.

We purchased a Sherborne Chesterfield suite, 2 chairs are lift and rise and settee reclines. It was leather and quite expensive. We hadn’t had it very long when we noticed places starting to lose colour. Covid came and we had deaths and sickness in the family so it wasn’t reported. It has got worse and one side of the settee has sunk down as if losing padding. It is a long story but suffice to say Sherborne don’t want to know and told me to contact where I bought it. They got no where with them either. I have sent Sherborne 2 emails asking if they could send someone out to see it or at least advise if there is anything we could do to replace the colour. They have ignored both emails. We won’t ever buy their furniture again or recommend them. We had a suite for over 15 years and gave it to my son because we wanted a lift and rise and he has it over 5 years and no sign of colour coming off. It was Italian made but we thought we were safe with a British made one. Not good for a company like them.
