1 STAR is TOO MUCH! I strongly advise against renting from or working with Park7Group, the leasing property management for Empire Columbia. My daughter was both a resident and employee at Empire, and her experience with both the property and management was nothing short of appalling. After making an honest mistake at work, she was unjustly terminated despite being reassured she wouldn’t be fired. The next day, she was subjected to a 30-minute Zoom call where she was scolded and attacked unfairly, with no chance to defend herself. Park7Group was the one to make this call, treating a 20-year-old employee with disrespect, and their behavior was both hostile and unprofessional. Throughout the entire process, Park7Group was not only rude but also lied about their actions. Their communication was nasty, and they completely disregarded our efforts to resolve the situation. Despite paying rent in good faith and attempting to find a new tenant, we received no support or respect from the management. This has been an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for housing in Columbia or anywhere that Park7Group owns or manages.

I have been calling Park 7 group for 4 days now continually leaving voicemails and I haven’t heard anything back. Their “Contact Us” tab on the website will not allow me to submit anything because of an “error” with the browser however I have tried submitting on multiple browsers. I live at the The Avenue student living and Park 7 works as the corporate above them. I felt the need to try to reach out to them for help because my AC has been out for 12 days and the Avenue refuses to do anything about it!! they have continually lied to us about when it would be fixed and we have just had one window unit for 4 days after we were told we would only have it for a night. it has been 12 days and we still have NO AC!!! The property manager at the avenue is the only one who can supposedly do anything about this issue and she is never there! Im not sure who else I need to contact in order to get this issue fixed. I am beyond disappointed with this corporation and the Avenue at Lubbock’s management.

These people are scammers. Anything that isn’t a 1 star is a paid review/ employee
