Erin was amazing, she was multi-tasking and helped me solve problems under time pressure, she is so so good at customer care and a very experienced hand in 71-75 Ltd, and i was really impressed about the quality care from the staff members as well as ALL of the quality facilities provided to me. We always receive a warm welcome when we hold meetings here and the facilities are great. The meeting rooms are clean, quiet and well-equipped, and the location is fantastic – tucked away down a quiet side road close to Covent Garden.
