I appointed Delaware Registered Agent for my business incorporation in Delaware. As part of the service, a website was hosted as part of the registration. The subscription was to be renewed annually. Unknowingly to me, they have they started deducting payment from my credit card and when I challenged them and request for code to host my website elsewhere, I was asked to make a payment of $15.99. Just to let it go, I decided to pay the cancellation fee. After, I made the payment, two weeks after, they never provided the code to me. What a shameful, deceitful service. Do not fall for their low price, it is just a con to rip people off. DO NOT PATRONIZE THEIR SERVICE

If you are looking to create a shell company I suppose this is a company for you. If you want to set up a scam website they are also probably a good choice. However, if you want to use a company created by this group, BEWARE – these are shell companies with no information about who or where they are. Just don’t send them any money. Just Google the address of this company and you will find pages of companies at the same address 8 The Green Delaware the only difference being the Suite or office number. There is no way that many companies can exist in that little brick building. – I appreciate your response. Upon resolution of a two month wait for a response of any kind from a company you provide services for, I will amend or remove my review. Unfortunately the anonymity you provide your clients can be an opportunity for them to avoid accountability as well. Update two weeks later. The company you registered, BOIRUSA ORG, which you may be the actual owner of, committed to refund a payment within 12 business days, for which they provided no service. No such refund was returned after the 12 business days. Should they actually provide this refund, I will remove this review. Update 4/21/25 It is now four months later. I’ve heard nothing from BOIRUSA.org about the money they said they would refund. Needless to say they haven’t refunded it yet.
