I worked one trip from bell to bell.
And I must say that it’s all one big scam, Portuguese contracts, no insurance in Germany. The contract is constructed solely with penalties for the employee, and contact with the office after departure is difficult. apartments in a deplorable condition, 5 people per 25 m2, no equipment. Like frying pans etc
Not regular working hours, sometimes you work 10 hours, sometimes 8 hours
And salaries later than in the normal salary mode honestly. We do not recommend it
They delete the opinion on the verdict and write it themselves, ask questions and answer… I do not recommend it

organization is rock bottom. In terms of logistics, we had to arrange everything ourselves. It will take at least a few hours to reach the office, but if we don’t answer, they start calling several times in a row. The apartment is dirty, mess, cobwebs. One was renovated and only one photo was added, and the rest of them have a stupid stove that doesn’t work… the front door has to be knocked on and held for a long time to open. Everything was done at the last minute. The company we came to didn’t even know that we would be there. Information about the necessary shoes, trousers and vest provided the day before at 4 p.m. when signing the contract. You don’t have shoes etc. you pay some made-up compensation. Bottom line and one big disorganization.
