I usually do not leave reviews because I do not believe in it, but I was originally rescheduled for an interview at 10:00 am on Friday. I call the day before to speak with someone and the lady up front, who is obviously incompetent, says my appointment was set for today. I go on to explain that she told me it was Friday and she just says “it was a no call no show.” She did not even care to fix her mistake or reschedule the interview. She just proceeds chewing whatever she was chewing and went on with her day. Classless to say the least.

Complete waste of my time. I work another job, and took off early to make it there and when I got there the young lady asked me 2 questions about my prior jobs and if I had the same number there in files. Then told me they’re not hiring right now and they would call me. Outside on their sign it states they are paying way higher then what she was telling me inside.???? And if the job was at a hire freeze why couldn’t I been told that before getting off work early and driving 45 mins to be told that face to face? Smh two stars because the lady smiled and was nice

If I could give it even fewer stars, I would. Mary at the front desk is so rude and short when she answers the phone, constantly trying to rush you off the line without letting you ask whatever it is you are tying to ask. She probably shouldn’t be doing this kind of work with an attitude like that. I am a type 1 diabetic and they also told me after I started with them at the Electrolux plant that type 1 diabetes isn’t a disorder and I would still get points against my attendance if I had to go to a doctors appointment regarding that so I had to push appointments back out of fear of losing my job. No vacation time to use whatsoever. Also, during the COVID-19 outbreak there were 3 cases of the virus in the span of a month, one which ended up being fatal, and in each instance they closed the plant down for about 2-3 days to “clean”. Can’t imagine they cared too much to clean well because it kept coming back. Action staffing’s response was to tell people if they didn’t feel safe, to stay at home, with no pay, and come back when they did. I decided, out of concern for my health, to leave for a while to make sure it didn’t come back. During my leave I was hounded by the Electrolux action staffing office on when I would be returning. The woman there also has an attitude, near shaming me for not feeling safe to come back in. She proceeds to tell me that resigning for a while and coming back would be my best course of action. I did this and after 3 weeks of no apparent cases at the plant, I call to tell them I’m ready to come back in at which point I get both an attitude from both women and I am told that I can’t reapply for another month, which is news to me. In all this mess, I would suggest to anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. They don’t care about their employees and they don’t want to be bothered with any issues you might have. They lie and are extremely abrasive when you tell them something they don’t want to hear. Don’t work here, work literally anywhere else. This was the most miserable job experience I have ever endured.
