They reach out to you and set up an interview to discuss open positions. They end up ghosting you and not calling or returning any emails. Speaks volumes about the management and training of their consultants

Wow, I cannot even comment enough how horrible our experience with this company was. They reached out to us regarding an ad we placed on Indeed about a candidate they were representing. They informed me they worked with him previously and he was a top notch guy. He was moving and looking for new employment. Just to say, the candidate was a disaster and didn’t even last 3 weeks. I had paid over $14K for their services and they refused a refund and will only replace their candidate. It has been almost 6 months later and they have only sent a few candidates, none of which are close to filling our need. It is only when I complain about their lack of interaction with me that they even respond. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a reliable recruiting agency.
