Long hold times, multiple transfers around and unable to reach a human being. When I did finally reach someone gave my contact information to return my call. I did speak to someone two days later, made a request for paperwork where my address was verified and still did not get the necessary paperwork that I requested. Very frustrating this level of incompetency and lack of completion of a request.

Tried calling the office to talk to a HUMAN BEING aka (HR representative) a couple of times BEFORE 5PM ON WEEKDAYS, only to be sent straight to voicemail.
