As the Managing Director of Papertech, a High-Tech Vision System Manufacturing Company it was imperative that I had the very best talent for our ever-evolving business. We required skilled Managers and staff not only for Production but for Mechanical Design, Software Engineering and Service. More than 10 years ago I was very fortunate to receive a referral to Lisa McNabb of SearchWest. Lisa not only found very capable and skilled staff, but she always delivered with a sense of urgency. Lisa would leave no stone unturned in her pursuit for excellent talent. One of the more memorable finds was locating a Software Engineering Manager for us in Mexico when all available talent was otherwise consumed in a very hot Vancouver software market.
