Worst store experience. I purchased two phones and sold two phones at this store. Due to some issue, I submitted my 2nd trade-in device a day late. The store asked me to pay extra to avail an offer and created a credit note. The store official confirmed that I will receive the refund within 21 working days from submission of the device. 21 working days are over and I have not received my refund. I have been following up on email, phone calls and I visited the store as well but I still do not have any official visibility. The staff is the rudest staff I have ever come across and they openly shouted at me in front of other customers. Please avoid purchasing any Apple product from this store.

Very bad experiance during my recent purchased in this store i purchased a ipad 11 gen with buy back store staff told me to pay some extra amount for cash back offer and promise me to return my amount in 25 day but they hold my amount for 2 months and even costumer care and and lots of mail they dont even give me a proper reply very bad customer care service now yesterday i got my refund with out any compensation if you are looking to buy any apple product please dont even think to buy from any Unicorn Store

The store is located on the main road, so there will no issue to locate. The best part is they offer the best price for all the Apple devices. Before visiting do check there website for new offers and call the for the colour/variant of your choice and then visit. The staff members are helpful and they have all the devices on the display.
