Don’t waste your time….. I found this company to be disrespectful and discriminatory. I was contacted by Mike Schwartz at Criterion Executive Search who contacted me through LinkedIn, we engaged in correspondence via email and phone calls. At the end of this process which took numerous hours of my time, my understanding was that Mike had all the information he needed from me, and “the ball was in his court”, so to speak, regarding an interview at a company with a number of open positions. Mike _specifically_ said he would contact me within a certain timeframe regardless of the outcome. I was never contacted and there was never any follow up, despite the hours of correspondence and phone calls- talking about previous job experience, explaining past positions on my resume, it was a lot of time that I invested into this process. I sent an email with no response, and called mike several times where it seemed like my calls were being intentionally ignored. When I did finally get a hold of Mike Schwartz by calling with a different phone number (lol), he said that I was supposed to call him and I never did! He made it sound like he forgot all about everything and could barely remember who I was. After talking to the guy for hours on the phone. Now this garbage company has all my information, who knows who they are selling it to and doing with it. Mike Schwartz is a Grown Baby Man
