So far this experience has been terrible. We applied for a Visa in February, have not received our visa, and have a case open to be resolved. We get an email only every 24-48 hours and it requests more information and does not provide any answers or solutions to our problem. When I finally got a number for the help desk, they are in the Philippines, and are not given any resources to help. I don’t even think we were given the correct application reference number as the help desk was unable to find ANY paperwork related to our application. I had to travel from Alaska to San Francisco for this appointment and now am very frustrated and can not get direct contact info for the SF office from the help center.
