Highly recommend Adam. I am a Freight Forwarde since 1978. Overnight my Cardinal Scale display went crazy and I could not reset it to zero. I called the Co that sold me the scale from 2017 and received help with a tech to come out and assess. I went to my neighbor to use his scale and saw that he had a sticker from Scale Tech. I decided to call and see what my options for a new one would be. Adam took the time to hear me out and answer my questions but he told me that he had been in business for many years (30) and that he has seen allot in those years. He strongly suggested that based on what I was saying I should try to test the power supply. Well I was floored because that was the problem. I did not wind up needed a tech or a new scale but I want to do my very best to recommend Scale Tech to anyone that reads this review. Adam did not have to do this he could have just suggested repair or replacement. It is refresshing to see that there are still good people out there that are willing to help. Scaletech will be my go to people going forward. Keep up the good work Adam.
