Workds best frod company i have ever seen in my life last 10 years of my career , just an example i was worked 1 year for xiaomi in beahave of scalane works they deducted my my pf account contribution last one year ,but not yet paid a single rupees from employer & Employee contribution Last two months i a am flow up no response, there is a customer care number in the site but in its not in service due to non payment of bills ! Frod company never joined any one !

I have never seen company like this before,it is really really bad company… they does not work properly and there is no management at all, it seems as if someone has been made to sit under the influence of alcohol in the management to do the work…even a small company is beter then them . They deduct salary even after doing work properly , money is deducted forcibly even after hard work and they give anything in the name of proof nor giving valid reasons too. Not suggesting to work with this company really bad experience ,please be aware.πŸ₯²πŸ₯ΊπŸ˜­

Such a waste of time. Recruiter name Reshma – don’t know how to follow with the candidates. Each and every time we have to call the recruiter and have to ask for an update. Shared the call letter and finally telling that the interview has been cancelled. In spite of sharing the email to some other candidates she has dropped me. Next day morning I’ve called and asking her, she is telling that your interview is confirmed…. She got confused and confusing me as well. If we ask for reschedule because of her mail.she dropped my candidature. Because of her careless she dropped my candidature. As a recruiter you should know some basics. 1. Following up the candidate properly 2. Drop the call letter properly 3. You should call the candidate to give an update. Candidates should not call you to get an update.. .
