My husband had to file for unemployment for the 1st time in his life. At the Spartanburg office, Jay a very kind and professional employee , went out of his way to assist with any questions. And with his knowledge of how to understand the process it made the experience a successful situation .

Today I was in their SC Works WIOA Information virtual webinar session and the Facilitator Outreach Coordinator was so helpful as she showed everyone the services available at SC Works. She also explained where to go and find the list of approved providers that can assist someone with additional training in a profession that one might want to pursue. The Coordinator presented the information in a clear manner. She also gave everyone confidence in themselves.
I admonish everyone who is looking for employment opportunities, job training, skills training, etc. to call and make an appointment, stop in the SC Works office, or send them an email.
I promise you that meeting with them will make an impact on your life.
