My wife’s horror story began in 2022 when they kept 2 weeks pay. They insisted that these terms were in their contract – NOPE!
Nowhere in their contract stated this condition! After finally getting Prithwish and Sai (who conveniently left fake positive reviews on an alternative business name: “SC Priority Labour Hire Company Sydney”), they said that the withheld amounts will be released weekly if leave of notice is given.
Then came late/missing payslips, payments, supers…
I tried calling, but it goes directly to voice message.
I tried emailing with occasional replies, but now they’ve ceased contact AFTER my wife gave her leave notice.
Then I discovered that their Parramatta (current) office is FAKE! The building’s property manager confirmed that there is no SCP Labour Hire using the property! Furthermore, the property is in fact used as a shared or virtual office.
It has been weeks and they still have NOT released my wife’s 2 weeks pay! She still has missing payslips and ALL her super are still withheld.
I am currently persuing legal matters.
A word to potential clients. Would you let these unethical agency represent your company?

One of the worst agency I have worked with, will never recommend to anyone as the did not pay.I left the job 1 year ago still 6 week pending. And no one attending phone calls

Never Recommend. Wages have been frequently delayed for weeks and months without any explanation or excuse. You will eventually figure it out by yourself or report to the ombudsman.
