BEWARE!!! If you are looking for employment in the savannah area I highly recommend avoiding this particular agency. For the sake of your future and happiness, I highly recommend going with the dozens of other reputable agencies throughout Chatham County. Now I will share my personal experience with the company. You will be greeted by a man who I assume owns the company? By the name of Julian Mathis. You will automatically feel as though he is trying to sell you the job like a used car. Don’t ignore your gut. You don’t want to be the person who ends up at the job a few months later and realizes that you were conned and taken advantage of. I had originally agreed to $16 an hour and was promised generous raises and an opportunity for permanent employment with the company. I was also told that being I wouldn’t receive benefits I would be given $300 a month per diem for health insurance on my 15 year contract. Well the company started me at $15.50 an hour. Fifty cents less than agreed upon with Julian. Also upon starting the new job I was told that we will no longer be receiving the $300 a month per diem because we will be receiving insurance and the coming year which was only a month away. When January came we all signed up for the health benefits which we never receive. When we asked why we weren’t receiving our benefits yet we were told that the employees had so many pre-existing conditions that the premiums were too high for them to match the insurance so we did not receive any insurance. We learned this in March 2019 which was beyond the Open Enrollment. To sign up for your own insurance personally so I had to go the whole year without insurance and I could no longer get my medication or see a doctor. And they didn’t restart the $300 a month per diem after backing out of the insurance. I actually kind of enjoyed the work so I stayed and tried to make a name for myself. I had great attendance. I only missed three days in a year and two months. Two of which were following the death of my father, and whose funeral along with losing my fiance simultaneously the same week. Other than that I worked literally every single holiday including Thanksgiving which includes taking night shifts for the people who took off on holidays during night shift. Which would include me switching from days to nights in one day feared being told to go home and come back tonight for 12 hour shifts. I worked 70 hours a week for my first 6 months. Which was fine because I was trying to prove my value as an asset to the company. I think I forgot to add I was promised generous raises by Julian and which I never received. There was a lot of times that no one else was able to be at work and I was the only one anyone could rely on which was fine with me because I felt as though it showed my value. But I noticed a bad relationship amongst management and employees. No one liked each other and there was what seemed to be at least a 95% turnover rate.I witnessed literally over a dozen people be fired within their first year within two weeks to three months of hiring. It seemed like they fired everyone but me. Until one day I showed up and my badge didn’t work anymore. I was told by security that they were sent an email that I was terminated. I never received any paperwork so I tried to speak with a manager who refused to speak with me and told me to talk to Julian at Savannah Staffing. So I drove directly there being it’s only a three minute drive from my house and I wasn’t given a reason as to why I was fired. I asked for a separation notice and I was told that I didn’t need one. And that I didn’t need to file for unemployment because they were going to help me with a new job. I was told to email my resume and I would in return receive my separation notice while we work on a new job for me. I never heard anything back from Julian. I actually tried to call him and email him asking for my separation notice. He never responded.

Terrible service been trying to get services through them for about a month and nothing. They don’t keep you informed or even push for jobs for you. I’ve called and they don’t even remember who you are. It’s all about pushing for adding to their quota who they can signed up for their services but not actually help. Never again using them or referral anyone to them.
