To our surprise and deep disappointment, the doctor recently told her not to come back — with no explanation. After being a loyal and consistent patient, this felt cold and unfair.
It’s incredibly upsetting to see how some professionals fail to value the trust and loyalty. especially those who pay out of pocket and treat the staff with kindness and respect.
