I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Samsara, a GPS company we have been using since August 15, 2023 Customer ID 9004776. Unfortunately, our experience with their products and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Since the onset of our contract, we have encountered numerous and persistent issues with the GPS equipment provided by Samsara. Several of the GPS systems have not been functioning properly for the past six months, yet we continue to pay for them without receiving adequate service or support. Specifically, we have been unable to hook up two of the GPS systems, as they do not link with the Samsara platform, rendering them effectively useless. Additionally, we have experienced significant problems with their website, which is frequently slow and plagued by glitches. We had GPS systems hooked up properly and still not transmitting data and this cost us hundreds to thousands of dollars in fees not being able to track our vehicles properly. This not only hampers our ability to access crucial data but also adds to our overall frustration with the service. We have attempted to resolve these issues by speaking to Samsara’s management, but instead of providing meaningful solutions, they have been unhelpful and have refused to allow us to exit our contract despite the ongoing problems we have faced. Their lack of customer service and support is alarming and raises concerns about the integrity of their business practices. I strongly urge others to consider the potential pitfalls of entering into a contract with Samsara due to these persistent issues and the level of customer service we have experienced. Given the numerous challenges we have encountered, we are now in the process of transitioning to another software provider and are prepared to pursue this matter to the fullest extent.

Sales was great…product is 4 stars….but when it’s comes to support and getting help it sucks awful.. Multiple phone calls and still no answers to help me with broken cameras and broken CPU . It’s hard to get anybody on the phone who can help me get anything done. We had a windshield replaced in our truck with the old camera mount has sticky tape on it and just record. It requested a new amount which cost me $56 instead of just sending me another one. Ridiculous I would not recommend this particular company at this time hopefully I can get somebody on the phone. They can help me to change my mind and that knows how to communicate.

Our experience with Samsara has been extremely disappointing. From the start, we felt more like a number than a customer. When we expressed our dissatisfaction and asked for help, their team’s immediate response was to throw the contract in our face instead of offering support or trying to understand the issue. We expected a professional service and a customer-first approach—instead, we were met with rigid policies and dismissive communication. Would not recommend.
