The owner, Angie, called me on September 30, 2020 to specially yell and berate me after I had asked an employee if I could request a refund for a 100 xmas gift card that I had bought for my mom to use with a previous stylist that worked for the company that she had not touched at all. A few hours later Angie called saying that she had already spoken with her attorney and a city council member about it and that she couldn’t honor it. I was confused and wondered why this woman is escalating something over a 100 gift card. She went on to belittle the stylist that I believed my mom would have used the gift card with. Then she skipped topics and said that her choice for the mask mandate was what she decided as a business owner and that I was wrong to question it and that I wouldn’t know how it is as a “business owner.” This woman is unstable and I now see why employees are abandoning ship so QUICK! I’m sorry A force, you deserve better 😔
