I have been working with Saleswise.pl since 2019. A very reliable company that has carried out several recruitments for me and my business partners (internet marketing department) – mainly for sales positions. The people I managed to acquire from the market still cooperate with me today (although I had reservations due to the fact that some of them were popular “Zets”). However, Saleswise’s flagship product is training – in my opinion, very substantive. They are run by practitioners (Mrs. Katarzyna and Damian) who know the realities of working in sales very well, not just the theory. The materials are specific, tailored to the industry and the team’s challenges. After the training, you can see real progress – both in the results and in the team’s approach to the client. I also used DISC tests in the company and I can recommend this solution to anyone who wants to build a strong team.
