I forgot a couple of items when I went to pickup and Jacqueline was able to get them and setup another time for pickup for me which was much appreciated as these were items I spent quite a lot on. Everyone I interacted with seemed like honest and decent people. The auction itself is run clean. The pickup was more chaotic than I expected, and I am used to an auction house style of item pickup as opposed to an estate sale style. Basically, just make sure you are diligent about making sure you got all of your stuff before leaving and you’ll be fine. This place is definitely in my permanent rotation for sales to check out. What they may lack in polish they make up for in substance 10 fold. I challenge you to find places that do online auctions for estates that have fees less than 15%, let alone a minimal 3% just to cover the card fee. Easily the best value that I’ve found to date having done this for a few years. Grayson

I have participated in several of their auctions. I have to give Jackie her props for always being organized, patient and extremely helpful when I’m picking up my items. They are a friendly group of people that really try hard to get it right consistently for the bidders/buyers. I really appreciate it . 🙂
