I was very lucky to have the pleasure of meeting Haley and Water from Safe Smart Recruiting recently. The passion they have for what they do is second to none. Not only do they provide a crucial service in a great time of need, they do it with kindness, compassion, care, and integrity. Unlike many recruiting firms, they care about the facilities they are recruiting for *and* those that apply to be recruited through them (aka they aren’t going to ghost you). Their core values of helping and caring for others is integral in all they do.

Love this company! I recently moved to Los Angeles and had to leave my job back home as an RN. After interviewing with Safe Smart, I was almost immediately placed at my new job. They were so helpful and friendly. Thank you Safe Smart!!
