Scheduled a ride with a wheelchair lift, 4 days prior to my appointment, got a call less than 24 hours before my appointment telling me they couldn’t accommodate me a a wheelchair lift.
This company is a joke!!

I use to use this transportation company a few years back and it was an absolute mistake and disaster. The people over the phone are extremely rude and they would tell me to find someone else to take me to my appointments, and they would cancel my appointments without my approval. The drivers were disrespectful, always late for me for both pickup and drop-off and were always accusing me of canceling appointments. To anyone reading my review, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You’re better off having another company or someone else taking you. These people and this company are an absolute joke!

I just got a phone call had an appointment has a staph infection this is the fourth time they call me right now at 6:00 important that he gets his medication they canceled it to get his medication 4 times they canceled if something should happen happened to him safe ride to help them to get to the appointments but they never show up they never helped they don’t care why are you going to have a program for disabled people and don’t four times he had to cancel a doctor’s appointment and repeat this and repeat this so you could take it that serious and everybody know four times you canceled on him
