Working with Ann and Safe and Sound Nannies has been a wonderful experience. I needed more than a nanny – someone to deal with homework and shuttling older kids, but also who could help with household management duties. Ann asked a lot of questions and listened to my answers. I thought I knew exactly what I needed, but Ann recommended a nanny who was a different profile. I gave her a try, and I am very glad that Ann used her skills and knowledge to find the best fit for us, rather than just giving me choices that were what I thought I wanted – her recommendation is wonderful. She made great suggestions for the interview process, for a trial period, and provided guidance for contracting and benefits. Within only two weeks I have a nanny that my kids adore, who gets the homework and projects done, and thinks outside the box to help me run the house. Ann’s professional background and experience in matching nannies with families truly made a difference to ours.

I absolutely loved working with Ann from Safe and Sound Nannies. After a bad nanny experience, we were in need of hiring a new full time nanny for our newborn girl. Ann not only took the time to understand our family needs but more so was able to send us top notch candidates that fit our needs. Ann has a great network of nannies that she has worked with for years and we were able to retain someone that has a great history with her. We had absolutely the experience working with Ann. She is knowledgeable and honest when she talks to you about your family’s needs. She takes her time to get to know you to make sure that she matches the right person to your family. Ann has honestly been like a great friend in supporting my family through a rough patch and helping us find the perfect nanny for our family. I have used many nanny finding services in the past but I can not recommend her enough if you are looking for a nanny.
