If you have the opportunity to work here, miss it completely, they will force you to sign your resignation as soon as you stop being useful to their 3-person operation, it is difficult for people to get hired and it is because of the very hostile environment they manage, they will promise you 3 weeks of training where there will only be 2 of you and on the third they will put you at your own risk in the operation and be careful that you make a mistake in any of its multiple processes because all the personnel in both HR and the operation will make your life impossible, they are little people. trained since their operation is in English and they can barely speak Spanish correctly, on the other hand, the company reflects a balance to the treasury but offers the employees another, each fortnight there are discrepancies, if they see a good score this company is because 99% of the reviews are from people who work there, it definitely sucks, DO NOT WORK HERE and never agree to sign a document if you are not satisfied
