Poor service its been written to ensure my mum has snacks are arms length to make sure mum doesn’t have a hypo they still done they never make my mum a cupper tea.they near encourage mum to use the toilet they don’t they don’t check her skin in which tonight my mum jas red swollen feet on her nas foot aswell theyre missing everything I’ll tong social tomorrow and raise my.conerns

Honestly the worse agency I have come across. Rude and abrupt, some of the people they’re hiring have never had care experience or very very little! Then the company are sending these individuals out to care homes with high demand and they haven’t a single clue on what to do. The amount of agency workers we have had and had to complain about is shocking! Staff falling asleep, staff disappearing during tasks, staff not willing to do any of the basic care needs, more concerned for their breaks. We’ve had staff come in and bare face lie about assist individuals with their meals and drinks! It is absolutely shocking and the company doesn’t care at all! All they care about is money!
