Unprofessional and Disrespectful Staff – I Would Give Zero Stars If I Could I visited this passport office for a routine renewal and was shocked by the level of unprofessionalism I experienced. One of the officers literally yelled at me just because I didn’t have a document immediately in hand. It took me less than 30 seconds to pull it out of my file, and yet his response was completely disproportionate and aggressive. It’s extremely disappointing to see staff with minimal authority behave as if they are law enforcement, showing zero respect for the public—especially women. The tone, the attitude, and the complete lack of basic courtesy reflect very poorly on this office. Public service staff are expected to assist, not intimidate. No one should have to tolerate such rudeness while trying to complete an important process like passport renewal. If i knew the name of this disrespectful officer, I would have certainly written a formal complaint. I sincerely hope the management takes this kind of behavior seriously and ensures that officers are trained in professionalism, basic respect, and proper public conduct.

I had a very good experience in this office. Location : 2 floor DB mall, there is exit gate at washroom side then take a left then you reach passport office. Experience: 1) Employees are very supportive. If you don’t have photocopy then there is a facility of photocopy also with normal rates. Important: Address should be as it is mentioned in your aadhar card don’t do any change. ( 10th marksheet and aadhar card with verified are two documents only required with one photocopies) and also there is no requirement of any other document or slip/form printouts) 2) At the time of photo, they ask to you if you are not satisfied with the photo you can ask to take the photo again.(There is a madam who is very calm and polite). 3) There is a two way verification … First one will verify your documents. Another one is for police verification. Also you got the sms. And then you can exit from the office. ( there is a queue at verification stage you have to wait for you number) All the process completely takes 90 minutes to 120 minutes only. I am writing my wonderful experience to overcome your fear because many people rate this place very low but I didn’t find anything wrong here.

Lousy staff: For a lost passport i took the appointment by the reissue option as instructed from the enquiry person there. They have now sent me to RPO for the same after i visited there. After reaching RPO they asked to take an enquiry appointment. They are not really clear on what is need hence I’m here taking multiple visits to just to obtain my passport number
