0 stars. Worst hiring process I’ve ever seen. Diminishes potential employees accomplishments and acts as a bully throughout. Do not work for this employer if you have any self-respect because they will take it all away

To have the assistance of the CEO of Russ Hadick & Associates Inc means a lot to me as a candidate because of the amount of effort and commitment in landing me a role, says a lot about his character. When he gave me a call and worked out all of my preferences for the market I was able to land a role with a client that needed someone with the technical skills I acquire. Keep in mind this is the first attempt at a client in getting me a role! I worked with other recruiters in this same scenario but the goal fell short. He provided me with a lot of information, details, and tips in nailing the interview which is uncommon for recruiters to do from my experience. I utilized everything he gave me and it worked perfectly. Only working with Mr. Hadick and his team for two weeks I was able to land a role on the first try!
