Rural Directions helped me find the perfect job! They were easy to contact at any time and answered all my questions that they could before contacting the company for more information. Kelly was amazing to deal with and made my first experience of recruitment companies a great one! She made me feel at ease throughout the whole process and really cared about pairing the right person with the job. The process of police check and receiving my contract was smooth and efficient. When faced with the task of finding a property manager for Te Mata House, and feeling overwhelmed by the enormity of the undertaking, a friend suggested using Rural Directions recruitment agency. The idea of someone else being responsible for finding a suitable candidate and managing the recruitment process was very appealing! After my initial meeting with Kelly at Rural Directions, I was very happy to commit to using the agency. Kelly was incredible. She familiarised herself well with the estate and business and clearly understood the level of expertise required in managing a property of this scale and detail. She took full responsibility of all advertising, shortlisting, initial interviews and due diligence, leaving me with the easy task of interviewing only the best candidates. The position has filled, and the new property manager is settling in very well!
