I applied for a C-level position advertised by Ruisz Personal Consulting. With practically no waiting time, I was contacted by Ms. Ruisz, MA for an initial interview.
The interview was both very professional and very pleasant with excellent questions and comments about the role…
Ms. Ruisz communicated the next steps very clearly. In the end, their client selected a candidate more suitable for the industry, but I received clear feedback and great communication.

Even 1 star is still too much
Unfortunately I cannot recommend Ruisz Consulting. After I applied for a C-level position, all attempts to contact me – by email, phone and message – went unanswered for weeks. Only after several follow-ups was there a standardized rejection without a personal approach.
From a C-level perspective, this process is non-transparent, unprofessional and not up-to-date. At a time when candidate experience, appreciation and communication on an equal level are crucial, this behavior is disappointing across the board.
Anyone who positions themselves as an executive search company should at least adhere to basic standards of professional communication.
