Lost our home due to Palisades fire and neither RST or Craig Tice would allow us to connect with homeowner to discuss joint efforts for toxin testing, remediation, or insurance claim submittals. I asked if he could make an exception due to the disaster and he coldly said no. They couldn’t be bothered with helping a young family in the Palisades. I hope other Palisadians don’t have to deal with RST Rents and Craig Tice.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY especially 241 4th! Mario is a terrible and negligent property manager. I moved in 2 weeks ago to be met with consistent loud banging and rattling from some source at all hours of the night, absolutely no insulation where I literally hear verbatim all of my neighbors conversations and using the restroom. He completely gaslit me and refused to even investigate the source of it forcing me to move out but being on the hook for rent just so I could get a full night’s sleep and function normally. He also took days to respond to refuse to help. I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!

We have had an excellent experience with this company managing our rental unit in Century City. From the start, they have been professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Any time I’ve had an issue, their team addressed it promptly and efficiently.
Communication is excellent and using their website made everything from paying rent to maintenance requests very easy.
