So this is literally the worst and most unprofessional companies I have ever worked for. The communication is non-existent. They can reach you but God forbid you need to reach them, good luck. They will ghost you on a regular basis. You can’t get a hold of anyone at management. When I first applied to the company I explicitly wanted applied for the evening shift and then they call me last minute and they tell me that shift is no longer available. So I settle for the morning shift which I despise because I’m not a morning person. I work the morning shift for almost a year and during that time I’ve been telling them to please transfer me to another building that has an evening shift (my preferred shift). So then a couple of weeks ago out of the blue they decide to just remove me from my site without warning. Not to mention payroll not setting up my ADP until well into 6 months of my employment and they also mailed the W2 super late so now I have to wait longer for my refund. This company is a joke. The only 2 benefits is that it’s a seated post and you get tips from the residents at the end of the year. Avoid this company at all costs.

This company is terrible. Big scam. They will call you, and tell you that you were hired. Then make you do a background check but they never call you to tell you the results. I waited about a month after the background check to see if they would call me back with the results and they still never contacted me, they don’t even answer the phone when you call them. Mind you I’m homeless living in a homeless shelter and I need this job. Hands down terrible company

So I’d like to start off by saying that this hiring and interview process is a HUGE fraud especially on Elizabeth’s part. This took place back in December and I had to retake my interview videos to see if I would get a response back from Royale Company. I have called numerous times for a response to see if we would move forward with the process. Yes, I am highly aware of this taking place during the holidays. However, holidays or not if you say you’re going to contact me by this date and the day comes and you’re not doing your part to communicate with me, then you’re not a legit company. It is not complicated to reach out to candidate. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted by her lack of professionalism.
