RSA has been a delight to work with since their founding. While a newer locum agency, they were born out of an evolving mindset – founded by providers, for providers!
My experience as a “buyer” of locums was excellent! Their providers had excellent clinical skills, phenomenal bedside manner, and were extremely reliable!
Their providers were quick to tell me that RSA is not like the other agencies and that their experience with RSA will keep them coming back for additional assignments!

When you think of cardiac surgery you should think of RSA. These guys are the real deal when it comes to cardiac surgery PA’s. All of the owners are practitioners which truly separates them from every other locum company. Trustworthy, stand by their word, and just good people.
