I was in a pretty tough place, and needed someone who could lead me through this. Imani has patience and dedication and drive. Got back to me when I needed it, and stayed in touch when that probably should have been my responsibility. A true lifeline! Positive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have been begging for a year for help instead ms burns just been letting me down then put me in non compliance. This lady doesn’t need this job she has zero care for us and I actually wanna work and get educated. I have been in the program for almost 10 months and still trying get a class

The lady who answered the phone so unhelpful and discouraging so sad they suppose to be there to help but instead act like they are better and it’s their personal funds helping us…. Just horrible NOW I don’t want to go to ANY training programs through them smh only our people will keep each other down.. she needs professional training and phone training don’t worry someone will replace you ….
