Hero to zero! I was not impressed by the VA service I received. My VA raised an invoice for the wrong amount to the chief commercial officer of my largest client without asking me, and was not even apologetic. Neither was her manager. I then had to chase my VA to issue a credit note. Needless to say, it was an immediate termination of that relationship. Expensive, ineffective I would not recommend.
