My recent tub to shower conversion was a wonderful experience from the get-go when I visited the Endicott showroom and met Marilyn and Jason, who introduced the process to me, presented sample materials and showed several model bathrooms on display. The following week, Jerry visited my home to offer consultation, answer all of my many questions and provide an estimate. On installation day (a couple months later, but totally worth the wait for the custom wall surround), Joe and David arrived at 7 a.m., working amazingly efficient to complete the job before noon. Great experience with Rome Bath throughout the entire process! We had a floor/walk-in/bath tub replacement as well as a vanity. Initially we worked with Jerry who helped us navigate all the options and find something that met our needs. He was highly communicative and provided lots of suggestions and pictures of options. He also walked us through the material options and helped us through some of the challenges with the design. This included removal of the existing floor tile which presented a challenge with the new, lower profile floor. We were provided a reasonable timeline for installation that worked well around the holidays. On demo day, David and Joe arrived early and got straight to it. They were professional and hard working and did very high quality work. They engaged with us throughout to make sure the final install was what we wanted. They completed the entire project in 4.5 days! It far exceeded our expectations and now we have a beautiful, lower maintenance bathroom where we can age in place. Exceptional experience working with the team—highly recommend!!
