I completed my training for PTS, DCCR, OLEC1 and TIC, I really enjoyed the training and learnt a lot. The staff are very professional and really want you to do well. the teacher fell for me and the guy was sitting next to me. I give him all my answers and he pass the test. The teacher gave him the answer the guy was in my class he told me I can get his statement as well

Why your trainees or employees, whoever they are, act like secondary school students when they are collected outside for a smoke or chat?
Too loud, especially early hour gatherings could be more respectful. Could possibly ‘professional manners’ be a part of your training curriculum?
